Terms & Conditions

Standard 2-hour duration from the reservation time applies to standard bookings. Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes, we reserve the right to give away tables after this period and no-show fees can apply from this time.

Credit card details are required for all bookings. We kindly ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 12 hours prior to your booking time.

Reservations of up to 7pax, a cancellation fee of $35 p/p for no-shows or any reservations cancelled without sufficient notice.
This fee is compliant with the ACCC guidelines.

-Large Group Bookings & Functions -

For groups bookings of 8 pax and more, we require a deposit of $35pp deposit in peak seasons (Nov-Dec), we require the final numbers to be confirmed no later than 3 days prior to your reservation. The deposit is forfeited if the booking is cancelled less than 3 days prior to the reservation date.

For private functions, any date changes or cancellations, we require a 1 week notice. Any cancellations made within 1 week of your function reservation date, full deposit amount will be forfeited to cover loss in potential bookings, labour and ingredient costs.

Visa and Master credit card incurs a 1.25-1.5% surcharge and AMEX incurs a 1.5% surcharge.
On Sundays, there is a 10% surcharge, on Public Holidays 15% surcharge applies.


Please note that split bill is not accepted for group size of 8 guests and more.
